What is the difference between the different tier tickets?
There is no difference between the different tiers other than the price. The sooner you buy the cheaper the tickets will be for you, so BUY NOW!

Where can I get Information on site?
The event programme has all the information about the festival but we do have an army of stewards who help us, many of them are regulars so should be able to help with most enquiries. In the main yard there is an information trailer where you will always find a helpful person.

What and how do I recycle?
It’s just like a home collection anything with a recycle mark on it, plastic, tin, cardboard, paper etc.  Its fine all mixed together in the clear bags. Please use any clear bags, and ask a steward for more if you need them.  We cannot open black bags, it’s not practical.  We have collection points in every camping field and throughout the festival site. To be extra helpful please leave them next to the large bins just before you leave the main site gate.

Are there day tickets?
Day tickets are priced Friday £40, Saturday £45, Sunday £45. Child tickets will be £5

Can I camp with a day ticket?
Yes you can it’s an additional £10 to camp for the night this needs to be paid at the gate. You will then be issued a tag for your tent valid for that night only. Day camping is in front of the day camping car park only.

Can I bring a caravan, van or living vehicle onto the site?
Yes you can. Any vehicle that you want to stay in will require a vehicle pass. These are £10 for the weekend. When the vehicle is parked then we ask that it is not driven until the event finishes. If its a caravan then when sited then we ask that if the car is to be moved over the 3 days is returned to the car park. WHY? Its all about safety, as we get more people coming to the festival the risks with moving vehicles and parked vehicles increase.

Can I park my car next to my tent?
No you cannot, cars are to be parked in the car park and unloaded. We will have vehicle & trailer transport to assist you in moving your equipment to the field.

Are there showers on the site?
Yes there are showers, they are in a central position in the camping area £2 per shower.

Where do I dispose of my chemical waste?
By each set of toilets there will be a large white container for disposal of all waste.

Is there a quiet place to camp or park my caravan?
Yes the quiet area is on your right as you leave registration when you arrive. As the name says its quiet, and its flat. Downside it is a fair walk to the main festival site. Upside, the views are incredible, the walk is invigorating and it’s easy to pull off of site when you leave.

Where is the nearest shop?
There is a farm butcher open on Friday & Saturday morning, in the main festival site. The only other small store is the post office in Langton Matravers. If you find the footpath it’s a great walk into the village.

Can I camp onsite earlier that Thursday eve?
No, we are sorry but the site is not ready, and needs to be passed fit for use by the local authority. If you want to make a weekend of it then pop to Tom’s field where there are facilities or directly opposite the main gate where there is some wild mixed camping in a field next to Acton.

Is there disabled camping and for those with a carer?
There is an area close to the main event. You will need to register with us for this as you will require a specific car pass. This cannot be done on the day. The details are on the website along with the contact details for your email. There is a 2 for 1 deal for those with specific needs, these details and the requirements are in Disabled festival goers.

Will there be catering in the camping fields?
Yes there is an outlet for drinks & breakfast, positioned in the middle of the camping fields next to the showers. There will be breakfast served in the festival site too.

Where should we camp if we are a large group?
If you are planning to have late nights and late mornings then speak to us, you have to stick to the festival T&C’s but we have a space where you can enjoy your experience without troubling others. Also in the morning you won’t have too much noise to disturb your sleep.

The Fire Officer will not allow ticket-holders to camp beside campervans or cars due to the risk of contiguous fire, but it is permitted to camp behind them.

Can I bring my trailer tent?
Yes, as long as it is a purpose-built, manufacturer-made trailer tent.

Can I bring a winnebago or extra large caravan?
Yes. However, you will need to work with the stewards as they need to position you and keep fire lanes etc.

Will I be able to put up an awning? Can I sleep under the awning?
Yes, manufacturers awnings are acceptable and can be slept in if they are a manufacturers annex or inner tent , but please make parking steward aware if you are sleeping in the awning.

How will I know where to place my campervan/caravan/towing car/awning/tent in the field?
Stewards will be on hand in the campervan fields to advise on siting vehicles. It is not possible to reserve a specific area – space is allocated on a first come first served basis. Caravans, their towing cars and campervans will be parked in rows, with a 4 metre fire road between the rows. Each pitch will be 7 metres wide by 8 metres long. For any vehicle longer than 8 metres it will be necessary to purchase two caravan/campervan tickets, to cover the extra space required.

Can I bring a generator?
No. Absolutely no generators are to be brought on site.

Can I bring glass bottles with me in my campervan/caravan?
Glass is not permitted anywhere on festival land. The security staff will also check for any other items not permitted on site, as specified in the terms and conditions on weekend tickets. Security staff will confiscate any such items and may refuse entry to the site. The decision of the security team will be final.

How do our friends gain access to the campervan fields if they travel separately?
If your friends are arriving separately to your campervan or caravan they will not be able to gain vehicular access to the campervan fields (as only one car is permitted on the pitch). They will need to park in the car park and carry or wheel their gear over to you.

What counts as ‘suitable fitted facilities’ in a camper/caravan?
Your campervan/caravan MUST have purpose-built fitted sleeping facilities and either fitted cooking or washing facilities. Any converted vehicles must clearly be live-in vehicles. This does not mean simply a van with a piece of foam cut to size for a bed, and a bucket for washing!
A team of campsite staff and security staff will check that campervans and caravans coming into these fields have bona fide living accommodation. No other vehicles will be let onto these fields under any circumstances – not even late replacement vehicles in the case of a breakdown – sorry.

What will happen to my vehicle if it is considered unsuitable for the campervan fields?
Unsuitable vehicles, including unconverted vans, with tickets for the camper van fields, will not be allowed entry and will be sent to one of the festival car parks – and, as it is contrary to our licence, security patrols will not permit sleeping in any vehicles in these car parks.

What facilities are provided in the campervan/caravan fields?
Water, waste-water containers, toilets, and a great view.

Is electricity available?
There is no electricity provided for field users.

TOILETS – I need to know what I am going on!
This is a festival and so there are a range of loos onsite. With lots of you water is not only scarce it’s a waste if we flush it! As a rule if it’s yellow let it mellow, if it’s brown (and you can flush) then flush it down.
Long-drops – a Festival tradition. Lockable and lovely, made from sustainable wood, please look after these spaces, it is YOUR LOO. We have built even more this year and now have 50 across the site! No need for sawdust in these as waste is in the ground so no need for anaerobic breakdown technology. Paper is the only addition to waste again, rubbish in the bins provided please.
Compost – new this year we have compost toilets across the site in busy areas and in some campsites. Please note that only toilet roll should be put down the loo and sawdust needs to be sprinkled after a ‘number 2’. The sawdust can be found outside the loos and you scoop a cup of it before you go to the loo.

Disabled – there are wheelchair accessible toilets throughout the site. These are locked to avoid them being misused. If you are registered disabled and require access to these toilets please contact the information team as you access the site.
Urinals – there are many metres of male urinals dotted across the site. Instruction should not be required but do not drop “stuff” in the trough as WE have to pick it out.
Flushing – for those who miss the comforts of home! We have some flushing re-circulation loos this year in the main site as we have to cope with the volume. DON’T waste that water flushing unless you need to.
Water – wherever possible we use rainwater from the collection tank to flush and wash out the loos in the main arena areas.
